Scope
This policy applies when we sell or arrange paid services such as workshops, consultations, or bundled digital materials. It does not change statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract. If a specific listing includes different refund rules, those rules apply to that listing.
Australian Consumer Law may provide remedies for major failures or other qualifying circumstances. This policy operates alongside those protections.
Statutory rights
Where services do not meet consumer guarantees, you may have rights to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the situation. Nothing here removes those rights. For EU-based consumers, GDPR-related fairness expectations may inform how we assess refund proportionality.
Cooling-off and voluntary cancellation
For digital services not yet fully delivered, you may request cancellation within fourteen days of purchase unless you explicitly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that withdrawal rights may end once delivery begins. Physical events may have separate deadlines published on the booking page.
Events and venues
If we host or sponsor in-person sessions, venue policies, weather, or safety requirements may require rescheduling rather than refunding. Where a session cannot proceed, we will offer a reasonable alternative such as credit or transfer to another date when feasible.
Digital delivery
Access links and downloadable materials may be revoked after a refund is confirmed. Keep personal copies only where permitted by licence terms provided with the product.
Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment method where possible. Banks and card networks may add additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
Non-refundable amounts
Third-party fees already paid on your behalf—such as venue deposits, permits, or non-recoverable supplier charges—may be deducted from a refund when those amounts cannot be reclaimed. We will explain deductions in writing where practical.
How to request a change or refund
Email assist@vlaxyronex.world with your full name, purchase reference, and a short description of the request. You may also call +61 7 3135 5450 during business hours. Keep copies of correspondence for your records.
Dispute handling
We aim to resolve concerns informally. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including consumer complaint pathways relevant to your region.
Record retention
We retain transaction and refund records as described in the privacy policy for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution purposes.
